BACKGROUND:

Since 1994, Tom G. Vukmirovits has been practicing law in Worcester, Massachusetts, providing legal services and representation for individuals, families and small businesses. Although Attorney Vukmirovits practices and represents clients primarily within central Massachusetts, he nevertheless provides services to clients throughout Massachusetts.

Attorney Vukmirovits’ practice consists of a general practice of law, with emphasis in the following areas: criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, bankruptcy filings and bankruptcy-related issues, real estate conveyances, criminal defense cases/trials and appeals, civil litigation, and personal injury claims. Additionally, since March, 2000, Attorney Vukmirovits has represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Special Assistant Attorney General responsible for representing the Department of Public Health in the prosecution of lead paint poisoning cases within central Massachusetts pursuant to G.L. c. 111, §§ 189A to 199B.

Aside from practicing law, Tom Vukmirovits is a tennis coach for a local high school boys tennis team.
